I thought this product was too good to be true. I WAS RIGHT!I thought from looking at it that it would be difficult to get to the root of the hair and get a fine finish . I thought 700W was too low because my hair dryer with which I straighten my hair is 3000W. I also noticed that in the videos showing this product there is never a long shot, they always cut filming so you really can`t see the whole process. My hair is about 45 cm long. The brush pulls it way too hard. When I pause the swirl, it blows air but in the end the hair is not smooth at all. Some women mentioned their hair looks like it has been treated in the salon?! I wonder about that.I have a long fringe - about 15 cm long- and on short hair the brush does an OK job , but the hair is not completely friz free.I bought it because of the reviews but I should have trusted my instincts, the best way is the classic round brush and a drier with which you go over strand by strand. That pretty model in the picture- I am 100% confident she received a proper hair styling, this brush is incapable of creating this hair.Other than that, after using it , my sink was filled with my hair which was pulled from the root. If I were to use this regularly, I would become bald after a couple of months.Worst purchase ever. ..

I have awful hair, fine, frizzy and curly. I have bought every drying and styling device known to man over the years and FINALLY something that works. I have problems with my arms and cannot lift them very high but it didn't seem to matter. Wait till hair is virtually dry, section and keep taking roller up towards the scalp area. Volume, shine, no frizz or curly bits. Wonderful. I've just got mine from ASDA for £17, my best bargain ever. Thanks Babyliss ..

I have arthritus and can't use my hands or arms very much so for me the Babyliss Big Hair Hot Air Styler is the best thing since sliced bread, my hair has never looked so good. I have bought a second one just as a back up as I know things like this can disappear from the market. ..
