UK Mainland Info:

We endeavour to dispatch all orders either on the same working day or the following working day, subject to stock availability. Orders sent via our standard delivery option are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Post and require a signature upon receipt.

Americas & Rest of the World Info:

All prices shown online include V.A.T. at 15%. V.A.T. will be deducted at checkout where applicable.

Please note that if an item is returned to us via our courier due to an incorrect address supplied by you, you may incur additional delivery charges.

Returns:

If you wish to return an item you will first need to be allocated a Returns Authorisation Number which you will need include with the item you are returning..

Please see the below procedure for returning an item:

Email our team at sales@expressbeauty.co.uk or telephone us on 0845 259 1076 to be allocated your Returns Authorisation Number. Please have your order number to hand when contacting us. The customer will carry any delivery charges unless the item you are retuning is damaged or faulty.
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include your Returns Authorisation Number and the original invoice.

Any unwanted items must be unopened and unused. Please note that due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for body or health products.

We are unable to refund or exchange any items that are returned without a Returns Authorisation Number.

We recommend that you return items via a recordable method as we are unable to refund or exchange items that have been lost in the post.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so via your account area.

Please note that you are only able to cancel items that have not yet been dispatched.
