About Iris:
The Tuscan countryside between Florence and Bologna is where Weleda's Iris is grown. Weleda has worked with this biodynamic farm for the past 15 years. The Iris rhizomes mature afterfour years ofcultivation. They are then harvested by hand and slowly sun-dried. Weleda uses 1 ' 1.5 tons every year and Weleda has ensured this fair trade partner a guaranteed demand. In turn, Weleda is guaranteed a top quality, bountiful supply.
